If you are booking an accessible room, keep looking. They only have one. Others they list as accessible are not. Bathtubs with high sides, no hand spray. also the flimsy luggage carts are impossible to steer, and they only have two for the entire motel.

Perfect one night stay
We stayed 1 night. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The front desk attendants were always polite and helpful. It was clean and perfect for our trip.

The musty smell on the second floor and in 209 in particular was unbearable. It smelled of mold / mildew. We were unwilling to stay in that environment and immediately checked out. Austin at the front desk was very understanding and refunded our money without argument.

The staff here was very nice. But the 2nd floor had a horrible musty smell--they knew about it as there was a dehumidifier running in the hallway. My room on the 2nd floor was horribly musty smelling.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, roomy. Breakfast buffet was fresh and very clean. The woman in charge of it was always making sure everything was stocked, neat and tidy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Average hotel. No major concerns. Room was clean and appliances worked. Proximity to the Hatfield Mccoy trails was great and the primary reason we stayed/visited the area. Parking was adequate with our trailer and many other groups with trailers. Breakfast on the weekend was excellent; however, it was not very good during the week days. The scrambled eggs were just gross during the week, but the weekend omlets were awesome. The breakfast potatoes and sausage was all much better on the weekend than the weekday too. Not sure what happened there and what made the difference, but it was noticeable to both of us. Overall, I would stay again.

Overnight stay was great! We've always enjoyed our stays with Best Western hotels. The only thing we would suggest is putting a bar in the shower to hold onto if needed. The bottom/floor of tub is slippery so having a bar would help a big. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that my double queen size beds were more full size mattresses than queen but definitely not a deal breaker. Overall the experience was pleasant, I would definitely stay again.

Travel on the bike and she says you can park it over here it’s all good and if you need towel in the morning we can get you one to wipe it down, of course I brought my own , the place was quite and very clean the breakfast was great !! The staff very helpful

The check in process took 20 min; she did not have a room for me that I reserved. She had to cancel my reservation and gave me an executive king suite. The room had the AC off and a dehumidifier in the room that was full. The room smelled very musty & moldy. The AC smelled very musty.

Wake up call at 1:39am
Where do I start?!?! We checked in at 3pm was told they was giving us a double bed room instead of a king room. We agreed no problem. As soon as we got in the room and unloaded our stuff the phone rang and the front desk told us we had to move to a king room, which is what I reserved. Then at 1:39am the phone rings I answered and whoever was calling hung up. Then someone was trying to get in our room. I went to the door and asked if I could help whoever was outside our room trying to get in. They said it was their room and they had a key. I told them they was mistaken that we had been in the room since 3:30pm that day. I called the front desk and they asked me how I got in that room. I told them with a key of course. They said that they had no record of anyone in that room. I explained what happened earlier in the day and they hung up on me. When we checked out I explained what had happened and she stated she would find out what happened and I have yet to hear back from anyone with an apology or an explanation. Very disappointed with our stay.

One of the Best Hotels We've Stayed At
My family and I had a really nice time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, responsive, and all the amenities were awesome. Pool was clean and breakfast was tasty :)

Wonderful place to stay!
Will most definitely stay again! Both ladies at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the AC worked wonderfully considering it was over 90° outside. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend!
