Aloft was a pleasurable stay. Abigail and staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The hotel is close to all transportation facilities, bus, trains and taxis making getting around the city and airport pretty easy. The rooms have been renovated and are nice. Food selection is pretty good and reasonably priced! Great stay.

Ideal location for east entrance of Excel. Nice area around excel too for walks & runs and the hotel has a good bar and restaurant it decent choice and good food. Breakfast could be more diverse but overall ok. Rooms were nice and comfy.

Great hotel at really good value when there’s no event on, was a little disappointed to see the ‘lucky wheel’ being spun for guests checking in as I waited to check out as I’d seen it but not been offered a go - it’s a nice quirky touch. Pool is lovely area is clean and calm.

Lovely stay at Alof beside Excel. Staff super professional but friendly, both at breakfast, dinner & on reception. Bed very comfortable & room spacious enough for one person. WiFi was annoying, logging in & reconnecting but otherwise all good!
