it's one of the best hotels that we stayed in, and the customer service is amazing, the restaurant crew at the second floor, they have the best customer service skills, specially two induvial which we informed that manager how great they are.

This is a really nice place. It’s right next to the Excel center, so it is absolutely ideal if you are in London for an event there. The DLR station is right next to it as well, so getting anywhere in London is super convenient. The restaurant is really good too. They take their time with food preparation, so don’t be in a hurry, that’s all. The chicken supreme is highly recommended. The breakfast is a buffet with a ton of popular English breakfast items. Just make sure you opt for adding breakfast at the time of booking, as it costs a LOT more if you pay for it on the day of. I will likely stay there again next time I go to London even if it is not for an Excel event.

Staff was really nice to me and my family . I would definitely recommend Aloft to friends and family . The rooms were okay and clean . I enjoyed using the swimming pool and sauna . All in all my experience was great ! I would definitely come again

Staff were amazing, always willing to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Breakfast was good! Room was cozy, I hardly wanted to step out 😁. Enjoyed the bar as well, particularly loved it’s ambiance.

First time saying at this hotel. It was very clean, quiet and had quick access to the Elizabeth Line. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived before our room was ready, but the front desk staff was kind enough to take our luggage and provided recommendations on where to get something to eat close by. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. While the pool was on the smaller side, we were thankful that there was a pool to enjoy during the heatwave. I would stay here again with no issues!

The hotel was so quiet despite being next to a tube line and under a flight path. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Black out blinds were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Best nights sleep I've had in a hotel for a long while. Only disappointing part was that the restaurant wasn't open. We were able to order a meal for room service but there wasn't a massive choice.

Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!

Amazing big room in the perfect location. A stones throw from underground. The room itself was large, comfortable and quiet despite being right at the excel. Shower was amazing, very comfortable queen size bed, black out blinds that actually work. Staff were friendly. Bar area was nice to chill in. Parking on site definitely helped despite the charge. We didnt eat on site but food looked nice from what we saw. We didnt use swimming facilities but wish we had the time too. All looked well maintained and clean

I loved the way the spaces in the room was managed. Furniture and general room layout was great. I really liked the black out window blinds. Helped with sleeping into the morning without worrying about sun rays waking me up at 5am. Loved it.
