Great service, staff and ambiance. Easy to book a dinner reservation when you arrive. Next time we decided to call ahead to book a spa then check in. Upscale breakfast was a nice touch.

We had a lovely stay. It was somewhat difficult to get used to the noise outside our window. It sounded like a pump going off and on?

An absolutely amazing experience. Staff was friendly and MORE then accommodating. Food was delicious (best steak I've ever had) and servers were well informed of menus and pairings for drinks. 11/10 will be making this a routine trip location!

Parking was difficult when we came to check in at 4 pm. The room was lovely, Breakfast was poor but we all came at once and overwhelmed the staff and the size of the room. Also the bacon was like cardboard and there was little left of eggs or smoked salmon . You need to change how you do this. Maybe give a preferred time slot to come down to eat,with constantly freshly prepared items.

Susan, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you had trouble finding parking when you came to check in at 4pm. Our parking is complimentary, first come first serve. Our lot does fill from time to time, depending on what kind of events are happening at the inn - we do provide over flow parking at the Waverly Manor next door.I apologize for the lack of quality with the breakfast items on the buffet. I will pass this information along to our Chef and he will make any changes necessary to ensure that the food is plentiful and fresh.Thank you so much for bringing these important matters to our attention. The history of the property and how well it has been keep. Staff were excellent had a private tour of the building and it was interesting and informative. Excellent breakfast, very pleasant staff.

This was a wonderful 2-night stay for us. Breakfast buffet was included. They had a comb of local honey for pastries. It was wonderful. Parking was the only issue. I am not sure what they can do about it. it is kind of locked in. Overall it was GREAT!!.

A couples retreat
First time here - booked on hotels.com and upgraded to a jacuzzi room by calling them - they were fantastic from the minute we arrived - greeting us by name, offering us coffees while we waited for the spa area to prepare for us - when we got out, our room was ready - nothing special but it did have a beautiful view of the courtyard. Great accomodations and very friendly receptionist at front desk (during the day) she was so great!

It’s a nice quiet place. My son have an exam. Only a few minutes drive from hotel to London international academy. We need a quiet place to have a nice sleep. We happy for one night stay. The first floor is a restaurant. So it’s difficult to find a parking lot till the restaurant closes at 10 pm. The breakfast is nice with smoked salmon. It’s buffet with the service for coffee. Looks like it reminds the tips. We paid the tip but I think small tip is good enough. The room has 150 years. We like the historical inn.

Everything perfect but breakfast could be better. Fruit juice unavailable except on request . Selection of sweet breads limited as was cereal choice. Husband said sweet breads were tasteless and hard . Service very good.

Best Experience
Booked as a last minute stay for a concert we were attending and now we both want to go back for a longer stay to just enjoy on its own rather than for an event in the area. We were concerned we wouldn’t fit in or be super welcome as it is a very luxurious place and we were there for a concert but everyone was super friendly and seemed to expect concert goers! Will definitely be going back.
