“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. “Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……

“I am not great with names but i stayed on December 23rd and the staff member working that evening was great!! Was very pleasant, provided some fun things yo do while in town and suggested a few places to eat. I had Pho 92 and it was delicious. Thank you for ending my travel day with great end. The room was great as well 😀”
