“I needed a place last minute when family was in town and this place was perfect! We had a couch to hang out on and visit and a pool for the kiddo. And then free breakfast! ”

“Staff was courteous. Our room was clean. I love how coffee, tea and hot cocoa was offered as courtesy to customers. I also love the shampoo, body wash and conditioner offered in the room. Some times forget to pack them. ”

“No complaints. Check-in went smoothly, our room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, and check-out was easy. We didn’t eat breakfast because we had to check out by 7 AM and the restaurant wasn’t open. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……
