The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The receptionists, Farzana and Kashiri were very helpful and answered all our questions. Special thanks to Farzana and Kashiri who helping us booking the romantic dinner, sushi at black rocks pool and the lovely massages. We also love the staffs at the bar, breakfast and dinner restaurants, and Kerry and Melinda were really nice and supper supportive. We also appreciate the guest experience manager, Kemlin Charles who was helping us when we forgot our personal items in the room's safe box. Kemlin took time to ship our item back to the US after we checked out the hotel. Many things to list. We definitely be back and stay in Cocobay resort longer in a near future.
