The music was so loud until late, 2am. Banging in the rooms, ants in the bathroom and a stopped up sink. I spoke to the front desk repeatedly, she was kind, but it continued through the night. I have been to Capri and many resorts that felt rejuvenating. After this one I left feeling like I need a vacation.

The property was noisy at all hours of the night. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the staff were not nice and helpful. I don't recommend staying here.

Not as advertised. At check in we were told there was a private event at the pool and it would cost us 750$ if we wanted to sit poolside. They agreed to let us out of our 1 night stay and Expedia refunded our purchase. Subsequently they went ahead and billed us separately. Now need to dispute at our Cc.front desk staff was was not helpful.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Capri. It was close to all Hampton area attractions. The room was nice and served it’s purpose. The pool was beautiful but only open till 8pm. Would have been great to go for a night time swim especially since the pool was lit up. The front desk staff was great and attentive. We would come back!

$600 a night hotel we were there on Thursday the bar and restaurant closed at 6 PM so after 6 PM we couldn’t even have a drink and nothing to eat . They should have restaurant and bar open . disappointed wanna go back there

Very cute property with nice amenities. They offer bike rentals, have a great pool and dining area. They provided free breakfast which was a treat. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Would recommend.

It is VERY QUAINT AND COZY PLACE, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND WELL SUPPLIED. Nice swimming pool, unfortunately I arrived too late and could not try the restaurant. Being off season they close earlier. I would recommend this place any time

It is a place were a lot of events are held. In the middle of the hotel which was once a motel. So you can't escape the loud noise and I mean concert loud, which went on until 3:00 am. I called the front desk she said that was normal there. I couldn't find another place to stay last minute. When I checked in I told the front receptionist how tired I was and desperate for rest, she did not mention they would be having events at night and the morning as well. It was a crapy room for the cost, it's a real dump, it's a converted motel don't be fooled by the pics. really false advertising by the hotel. Shame on the owner.

The girls who work at the front desk were very friendly and nice but many times there was nobody at the front desk. There were no tissues, toilet paper, towels etc. brought to the room. Any time we needed something we had to find somebody to request it. Rooms are very small!

Good Location & Staff but Terrible Hotel
We booked this hotel for a weekend stay in Southampton. The location itself is right near town and very accessible to other key areas. The photos, descriptions, and price would lead you to believe this is a premium hotel but it is NOT. The rooms are gross. Stains everywhere on decor, walls, bedding. Sheets had holes in them. Mattress and pillows haven’t been updated in what felt like forever. Shower doesn’t drain. Windows barely have coverings and you have hallway light pouring in all night. Music at the pool loud until 2am. For the price, I strongly recommend staying at other Southampton hotels that offer more amenities as well (ex: shuttle to the beach). The price for this hotel is WAY too high for the experience you have on site. The staff was kind but that’s really the only perk I can mention. We will not be returning here again.

We can to the room at 10 pm to discover no electricity - no AC, no light, no hot water in the shower. Light came back over an hour later but the hot water we’re not back until we left the next morning. As a side note the beds are not comfortable.

AMAZING FRONT DESK STAFF :)
Front desk staff was beyond amazing! From the moment I got there on Thursday night and when I left Friday, both young ladies were so accommodating and attentive to my questions. I was here for business and am not familiar with the area and they were both very helpful and patient with my questions. Also, their great smiles made my hectic work days much better. Fantastic hidden gem - staff were awesome and the room was cute, and clean. The pool and loungers were also great! We stayed on a monday night for a quick stop over - and were the only guests. Went for a delicious Italian dinner locally.
