“The walks to the bay and Gulf were shorter than we anticipated (bonus: a couple of restaurants are a short walk away, too). Sunrise over the bay just a few steps from our unit, and sunsets over the Gulf just across the street. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. And the pool area is very well maintained. Overall, it's exactly what we wanted from our Longboat Key getaway.”

“Location was perfect and so was the view from the porch. The walk to the beach was good and not too far to the water and area to set tent. Wagons were a good added feature. The rooms themselves could use a refresher. The glasses and cups in the kitchen could use some improvement! I did not realize there was no icemaker!I had to request a clean shower liner when I got there because ours was covered in mildew. The management replaced it with a brand new one first thing the next day, which was……

“Great location and enough space for a couple and kids. I was on a studio with a king bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen had enough stuff. Bathroom doesn’t have shampoo and conditioner. It was ok but i didn’t take mine so i had to go buy it. Publix is very close so that’s also very convenient”

“Great view, nice pool, excellent beach”

“It was nice. Enjoyed being on the beach and having a feeling of spaciousness.”

“Amazing view and zone. Live fauna. Helpful and nice staff.”

“We wanted a nice place to celebrate our 25th anniversary and the Beach house didn’t disappoint. The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious enough for us (we left the 3 kids at home!), and had what we needed. Best of all—it’s all right in the beach. Just step outside and you’re on the beach! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.”

“Very good”

“Would stay again. Great condo!”

“The location of the condo is 10 out of 10. The views and beach access cannot be beat. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the small but functional kitchen. We even found some beach supplies and an umbrella in the closet! This is a very great space and location. We will be back!”
