"Everything was good except the breakfast. We were there 3 days and there was no toast, or bagels or english muffins or sweet rolls or muffins. The waffle batter was not available at times. There were often not enough eggs. The coffee was good. No fruit."

"Woman at check in was wonderful other staff not so much. A little bit of a shock, to get new towels on day 2, we needed to bring old towels down. Wifi not good. My husband and I both had bites in bed."

"The view from the room was amazing, elk right outside our room and amazing view of the mountains. Couldn’t find the hot tub but didn’t know it was outdoors. They had good breakfast with muffins, bagels, uncrustables, milk, juice & cereal. The staff was nice. Rooms clean."

"So pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Check in was a breeze and the man who checked us in (Tim/Tom?) was the nicest guy ever as was the woman that helped me book our room a second night. Cool retro hotel with updated rooms and amenities. Great view. Huge, clean indoor pool. Large game room with a pool table, arcade, and board games. Breakfast. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Quiet. Relaxed. Best hotel experience ever and the ultimate bang for your buck, seriously. I'll never stay anywhere else in Estes going forward."

"There was NO HOT WATER in our shower at all. My kids tried to swim in the morning but there was a maintenance guy relaxing in the hot tub. When we knocked he was yelling saying it was closed. A house keeper went in and he said he’ll be done in 30 minutes fixing it. When my kids finally got to swim. The hot tub was very dirty. Peeling paint floating in the water as well. When we were downstairs getting breakfast, a lady yelled at us stating my kids needed shoes on, not socks. Meanwhile homeless people were eating at the breakfast being served. We did NOT have a good stay. Despite the bad. Rooms are clean. So housekeepers do a good job. Front desk person was very nice."
