"This hotel was surprisingly excellent. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. There was free and convenient parking. The breakfast was consistently great, and I stayed there for four days. Sausage and biscuits, scrambled eggs and salsa, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cheese omelettes, in a rotation. The pool and fitness center looked clean. There is a nice walking trail behind the hotel that leads to Willow Farm Park. If you want to go out for food there are many restaurants (Wendy’s, Culver’s) and an organic grocery store (Sprouts) within easy walking distance. When I was shorted a set of towels, I received another set immediately from the front desk clerk, with a smile. The desk clerk greeted me when I walked in and out of the hotel. I basically could not improve on this hotel even if I owned it. "

"My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"We all enjoyed this home with the balcony and back yard. Beds were comfortable. The steps going up to upstairs bedroom are narrow as in older homes. Couldn’t find where to put the trash outside. . Just a one night stay but this place was real nice. A little pricey but that’s Colorado. Thank you. "

"We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10."

"Mitchell and Jodi are consummate hosts! They both have an incredible energy and made us feel welcome immediately. The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. Our hosts had plenty of recommendations and they were so spot on with the restaurants and activities. The pups’ were a wonderful bonus! We highly recommend a stay at the Tenacity Carriage House! "

"Alex and Nina were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The house was quiet and very clean and had things we needed - nice to not need to shop for essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We appreciated the privacy, even being on a corner. And parking was easy off the alley. It was exactly what we needed for our family visit. We were also grateful for the A/C - having the hot summer days it was the perfect relief at to cool off and recharge. Thank you!"
"Great long weekend stay to cap off a week in Estes Park. Enjoyed some of our favorite local restaurants and tried a couple of new ones as well. Location was perfect for shopping and dining downtown, and visiting friends who live nearby. Looking forward to our next stay!"

Working with Chad was easy - he was responsive and friendly. The location was easy - easy to get around town and to get to the highway. Easy to enjoy - modern, stylish and comfortable.hope it is available every time we are in town."
