I didn’t like that I couldn’t visit the rooftop and that was apart of the fee I had to pay. If you all have a private event to where your guests can’t utilize the facilities that’s supposed to be available for them then they should not have to pay that fee.

Service was terrible for the price you pay. We were not able to check in until 5pm and no one notified us. While waiting we got terrible service at the rooftop bar. Rooms were not very impressive either considering the cost. Never booking this hotel again.

Rooms have no towel hook in shower. Shower is separated from bathroom. Also no towel hooks in bathroom nor a sink vanity counter to place personal items. Rooms also lack a luggage rack and adequate number of UBC recharge ports.

We booked this hotel for the pool and weee surprised to learn it was closed while we were there. Also they run a club on the roof that shakes the entire hotel on Wednesday night and I couldn’t sleep. The staff was very friendly tho and the hotel was clean

We had a great stay with them. The room was very comfortable, solid and super for sleeping. Food and drinks were pricey. The staff absolutely fantastic- welcoming, adaptable and eager to please. Hollywood area has picked up their game.

Around the property was safe and the hotel was awesome and so was the staff. If you went a block or two away then it would get kind of sketchy at night so we would just Uber instead of walk at night.

Property is nice, but there were no amenities available to enjoy: roof top was closed? While other rooftops in the surroundings were open. Stafff failed to tell us when I called twice for reservation info. There was nothing to do in that hotel. The bar is very small and closes early for Hollywood standards. The reception staff member that did our check-in was not very friendly or helpful. The valet guys were the nicest! The complimentary ride to the Greek Theater was much appreciated.

I will NOT book at this hotel again. Sadly, it’s a very attractive place but the noise from the surrounding clubs is LOUD!! Feels like it’s inside your hotel room. When I asked for a different room cause I had to be up in a few hours, the very nonchalant staff member offered me ear plugs (that didn’t work). It is absolutely not worth the money and the staff is tolerable, at best. Not friendly at all… I also had family staying there and they left extremely frustrated. Won’t book again…

The room and property were great, however I asked to charge my breakfast to my room and I was assured by the front desk that would be fine , however the rooftop restaurant refused and said they haven’t accepted that method of payment for weeks and the staff in the hotel know that and shouldn’t have provided me with wrong information . I had to pay cash instantly . I didn’t come with my purse because it was early and we just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and food and I asked before arriving to ensure I would have what was needed . I had to wait my partner had to return to the room and come back , she made me feel like I took something it was wrong ruined my overall feeling of the stay . I was having a really nice time and had planned on coming back til that happened.

Beautiful hotel; very modern and high end, but the bathroom. First, you'll need an engineering degree just to get the water going in the shower. Then you'll find out the jerks who designed the shower probably never showered themselves. The shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. No shower mat, no nothing. Then when you step out of the shower you step on a flat, hard, slate floor with wet feet. Dream Hollywood tried to be modern and hip and cool with their bathrooms but failed so completely that I will not return. I don't want to be found naked on the bathroom floor by the room cleaning staff. Would NOT recommend.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I got a 2 bed room... i think it used to be a 1 bed room because the shower is not in the bathroom... it's in the room exposing everything to everyone. Fun for couples... not so much for anyone else. There is no self-parking. Only valet and then there's public parking down the street. Valet parking is expensive, and not listed online, so be warned. I would have given the hotel a hifher rating if their "complimentary breakfast" wasn't just the standard free coffee bar provided at every hotel ive been to. Sorry, but free drip coffee is NOT "complimentary breakfast". They had pastries for sale, and a pricey, but underwhelming, restaurant on the top floor.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Dream Hotel. The front desk agent who helped me was very friendly and professional, and I was able to check in a little early. The rooms are really nicely appointed and modern. I slept very well on the comfortable bed. The black out drapes didn't close quite all the way, and my room faced east, so a minor inconvenience in the morning. My main complaint with the rooms has to do with the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. It's such dim mood lighting, even at the sink. You really can barely see what you're doing when getting ready. Also, they need to replenish all the towels: they are very tread-bare at this point. My interaction with the lobby and rooftop restaurants was meh. The food downstairs my first afternoon was just ok and the vibe overly loud. My two rooftop breakfasts tasted good, but, especially the second day, my food took more than 30 min to come out, which seemed very slow for a hotel. All in all, it's a good central location in LA and a clean, modern hotel. I'd probably stay again.

Traffic getting to the room was horrible. Valet parking was too expensive. They are taking advantage there is nowhere to park safely. As soon as we checked in room smelled like sewage. Nothing was really done about it. No discount offered. Rooms are smaller than presented in pictures. The room cost too much for the size. When checking out the front desk agent was rude. Will think twice before staying at this hotel again.
