This was a really nice stay. Right next to store and restaurants which is convenient. Cam at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Love that the room had a kitchen and the hotel offers kitchen supplies if need be

The room was dirty and the property itself is dated and worn down. The elevator is a death trap waiting to happen. Drops about 6” when you step into it and shakes terribly during descent. No towels or soaps in the room on arrival. They do not actually have breakfast. Instead there is a coffee carafe in the lobby. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room.

Walked in this place only to be greeted by roaches! Notified front desk she asked me “ what do you want me to do?” I asked her to call her manager who said he could give me a discount.. hole in the bedroom wall…. Carpet filthy! Ok just move my room it’s late we are tired! Opened the new door more roaches!!! No toilet paper I was told they were out! Please do not book here!! You’d have better luck sleeping outside

Not even five minutes within checking into the room there were roaches walking around in the light. There were also roaches in the hallway, in the light. When I asked to move to another room, she showed me another room that didn’t have a working toilet. She offered me a plunger, but no maintenance crew. Then she asked me if I want to go back to the room with the roaches. They also ran out of toilet paper, and when we went up front to ask for more toilet paper, she said they were out. Stared blank and said “I don’t know what you want me to do I don’t have any to give.” When asked to speak to the manager, she called him and the manager chose not speak to us and told us to call corporate, which is not open until the morning time. They were so unwilling to help. Luckily one of the ladies that I’m assuming was housekeeping, directed us back to Expedia to help us get relocated. Thank God for that!!

I liked where I stayed especially since it was close to where I needed to go. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. Unfortunately, water was dripping from the tub/shower combo. I had to close the bathroom door to not hear it. I haven't been at an Extended Stay in a long time so it seems some things have changed in regards to plates and etc, which was fine. I didn't like that I was only provided a body towel. I would have expected a face towel too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

Unfortunately this hotel has been converted. In my opinion I observed what seemed occupants were displaced individuals. And maybe government funded habitation. Therefore I considered my experience as not being at a true hotel. The transformation from my last experience was substantial. The interior was dated, and not maintained. Room amenities were non existent, from towels to no shampoo or even coffee maker. I already committed to stay, and moving to new hotel at last min was not on my agenda. In summary until this establishment becomes honest about its residence and business plan, I would give it a pass. I think a motel 6 would put it to shame. Too bad it used to be an acceptable place to stay.

~One of the emergency ceiling sprinklers that was located in the kitchen leaked water overnight. I been told that the sprinkler over the bed had also leaked before, luckily I did not had that problem. ~Someone from staff told me that they didn't serve breakfast in the morning. ~ Shower water pressure was super weak, water was barely coming out of the shower head. ~ And bed was not comfortable, felt hard on my back Overall, not a great experience, the main big upside is that there are retail stores and good restaurants near by the property which I was able to walk to.

The staff was unfriendly, her name was Silva . She should not be working the front desk. When I checked in I had to provide identification for the other people who were staying with me which is unheard of. When I went to my room there were no towels and when I asked for some at the front desk, she expected me to hand her towels so I can get clean ones. When I explained to her there weren’t any in the room, it felt so inconvenient of her to give me the towels for the room. The property has deteriorated. I have stayed here before and it looks so run down and unkept.

The worst experience, it seems like a hotel for drug addicts, the staff is very rude, all the hallways have a bad smell, the bed is very old and uncomfortable, we requested new towels and they never brought them, we had to go down for them, really very bad service.

Filthy carpets, dark room, bad customer service, no towels. The guy who checked us in was nice. They were out of towels and said they would bring some up plus a coffee maker. Later another person who didn't want to be there said they were still out of towels and said she would bring some up with the coffee maker and never did again. Then when we went down again to get towels and the coffee maker, she acted like it was a real inconvenience for her to get them. The carpet was so dirty we wore our shoes and never let our bare feet touch the floor. Great location but we won't stay there again.

I have stayed at quite a few Extended Stay establishments over the years and have always had a pretty positive experience.... but not this time. To begin, the room was not prepared and an outside window was left open. It took myself and the clerk to force the window closed. Thin walls, room next door the couple staying there woke us up at 1:30am yelling and talking loud. Called the front desk to complalin x2. Finally at 3am after calling the desk again, they quieted down. Horrible night. Wife had surgery scheduled the next morning and we had to awake at 5am to go to the hospital. Probably wont come back again to Extended Stay facilities. wm. steele

The front desk people were pleasant. It was great that it had a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room well furnished. The floors weren't very clean. The air filters in the heating/cooling unit smelled bad... and supposedly the unit had just been cleaned. The bathroom sink drained very slowly (Room 409)

the room wasn’t properly cleaned. When we came in the windows were opened, the sink had someone’s false eyelashes, and when we were in the lobby, a customer asked for a fresh towel, and he was told they are all out of towels. From what i heard, this customer asked them for a fresh towel the day before. Bed wasn’t comfortable, it reminded me of a murphy bed. I would avoid this place of i were you.

Everything was fine, there were towels, soap and hot water. The room had been cleaned but the sheets had a few hairs on them and a stain or two. Not great.

Do not stay here! I walked into my room, set my purse down on the counter and two seconds later a roach crawled out. I grabbed my whole family (we had gotten two rooms because there were 7 of us total) and we grabbed our bags and left as fast as we could. I took a picture of the roach because as we were leaving they were coming out from behind the refrigerator! Absolute worst place I’ve ever booked!

Could be cleaner but for the price the location is great. Walking distance from food and shopping. Highlight of the trip was being greeted by Jennifer at the front desk. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and answered answered all the questions I threw at her. Even recommended great dining options. She had an amazing energy when I checked in and even when I checked out. She has great enthusiasm for her work and the pride she puts into her job is commendable. I don’t leave reviews often but she was worth taking this time to make my comments. I would exclusively stay at all Extended stay hotels if she was the standard of how employees are trained. Amazing experience thanks to Jennifer!
