Second time using Hampton Inn. Clean and accommodating. However, a few issues. One, never got a digital key like I was promised. Not a big deal due to us getting two room keys but still if promised and offered, please deliver. Secondly the shower in the room didn't work properly. When pulling the plunger up to change the water flow from nozzle to shower head, it didn't work properly. Half the water was coming from the nozzle and half from the shower head. Attempted multiple times to fix it between the two of us and it was pulled up as far as it would go but still leaked horribly.

Staff was friendly and helpful, The atmosphere was quiet and nice, The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely book here again on our next trip back to Universal Studios.

Far too noisy due to very loud freeway traffic all night long. Not at all conducive to a good restful night’s sleep. The experience left us tired and weary the following day. At the very least we should have been provided with ear plugs.

10/10 recommend everyone stay here, especially families. It’s clean, quiet and has great staff! Had a mom fail and forgot my baby girls favorite teddy bear, she asked about it everyday and they did everything to help us get it back home. My princess is so happy! This is a great hotel!

The room had a strange smell to it and I got very sick from staying there. There was no freezer. The pillows were not comfortable. You have to use valet parking which isn't mentioned on the site. The staff was extremely nice. It's a nice hotel, but I'd only recommend it if it's last resort.

Check in was easy. Room was a good size and pleasant. Parking is a bit rough if there are a couple of people checking in, since there is no self park and every car needs to be valeted. There was not enough cookies though before it was all gone before the 8pm deadline. Hot water dispenser for tea/hot cocoa had some coffee grinds, so the hot tea brewed tasted like green tea with a coffee after taste.

The only complaint I have about the property is that I could hear the next door neighbors when they were taking a shower/using the water. It appears the walls are very thin. I could hear the water going through the pipes. But this could be very room specific. Other than that everything else was great. Customer service was excellent.

Excellent stay! I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good, staff extremely friendly, valet parking great. The hot tub was nice but the beautiful fireplace was out of order which we would have really liked because the weather was pretty cool. Also the printer was out of order but the staff were very friendly and printed the documents I needed. Not in walking distance of anything but very close and convenient to Burbank airport. The hot cookies and milk in evenings were a hit for my family.
