Overpriced one star hotelPosted Jul 24, 2016
This is a one star hotel. The lobby was nice looking which is why I was surprised by the condition of the room. Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING going on around you. And if you are planning to sleep in, think again. There was this loud, continuous boom sound that when on for hours, starting around 6am. BOOM BOOM BOOM. The room was shaking a little. No idea if it was construction or what but it was intolerable. On top of the noise, the maid knocked on my door for housekeeping at 8am despite the privacy sign hung on the door. Staff was okay, nothing to complain about there. I think a fair price to pay for a room here is maybe $80, considering its location in DTLA. I paid $148 including $22 parking and I have complete buyer's remorse.

Nice & decent hotel for overnight stayPosted Jun 19, 2016
Pros: It served its purpose, somewhere to sleep after attending a concert. It was reasonably priced and staff was friendly. Close by to venue.
Cons: The parking fees should be decreased considering there are several parking lots near by at reasonable prices. More pillows and towels in the room.
Location: The concert I was attending, 9 blocks away, tons of parking lots, couple places to eat. Safe to walk during day but late night so-so it's L.A.
It was a nice and decent hotel, only 9 blocks away from concert attending. They do charge for parking but there are 3 parking lots, 1 front of hotel and the other 2 caddy corner from hotel. They range from $6-10 overnight parking. Left my brand new truck and was safe in the lot. Checking-in staff was very attentive and friendly. Room is dorm-like but for its purpose (somewhere to sleep) it serves its purpose. The area is as expected for being L.A. The price is average for stay, which is affordable and decent. Checking out was easy and friendly staff. If it is for a night's sleep it serves its purpose. If you are looking for comfort then find another hotel. I would gladly stay again for future venues. I booked several hours before arriving and had not issue checking in and appreciated that they don't charge a deposit (after paying through expedia) as most hotels are currently doing. Two thumbs up!!

Fair valuePosted Jun 17, 2016
Everything was ok besides during daytime it sometimes takes 20 minutes to get warm water. Had a remodelled room this time. Furniture and bed ok. Location ok, close to Metro, Japan Japantown, LA Live, Union Station. Switched from paid Internet to free. And even better: it worked!

ダウンタウンにある立地のいいホテルPosted Apr 27, 2016

Would not recommend this place.Posted Apr 18, 2016 on Hotels
First room was very noisy. Was moved to a second quiet room. Rooms are small and in passable condition. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Paint was peeling off graffiti covered hallways and elevator lobby walls. The Redwood Grill around the corner was a good place for music and bar menu.

Nice location-that's about itPosted Apr 18, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: Entry way was impressive.
Cons: Not much.
Location: An international food bazaar 1/2 a block away. Dodger stadium a short bus ride away.
Downtown L.A. Perfect if you have business there. Rooms are very small. Valet parking only.
