The staff was welcoming and friendly. The bistro below and continental breakfast was convenient. The area around the property didn't feel safe. The rooms ok (small but expected) and the bathrooms and rooms in need of a reno.......paint, flooring, toilet etc... Otherwise location convenient if you're going to a hockey game at Crypto and value worthy.

We stayed here because of the restaurant. The hotel was pleasant. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff is so nice and helpful.

they charged us $120 usd just to use wifi that cut in and out every so often & the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. the same stale bread, croissants, hard boiled eggs & muffins. not worth the fee AT ALL

I love boutique hotels so I really enjoyed my stay here! Staff was very helpful during check in, finding the room was easy. The room itself was small but perfect for 2 guests, the bathroom could use a bit more cleanliness but besides that everything was perfect.

The Front Desk staff was friendly, attentive and took excellent care of our needs, which were more complicated than usual as we were a group of 22 in town to perform at the Grammy's, with different arrival and check out dates in some cases. Would definitely return either individually or if returning again with the group.
