Having an on-site self-service guest laundry was wonderful - we would have brought 1/2 the clothing we did if we had known. You might use that as a marketing tool. Having trouble getting the elevator to work especially the very morning we needed to get out to catch our final Lyft to the airport was pretty nerve-wracking. We had too much heavy luggage to go down the stairs!
