The house has direct street access and one of the largest private outdoor yards in Playa Vista.

The ground floor bedroom contains a queen bed, desk with office chair, lounge chair, small TV, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. French doors with plantation shutters provide direct access to the patio.

Upstairs, the expansive open plan kitchen/dining/living area is awash in natural light. The fully equipped kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, center island, granite countertops and plenty of cooking and storage space. The polished timber dining table comfortably seats six. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, built-in shelving and wall-mounted OLED television. French doors open to a small balcony. Natural travertine floors run throughout this middle level, which also houses a half-bathroom. Plantation shutters and soft shades/curtains allow you to control light/privacy.

On the top level, the master bedroom has a California King bed, lounge chair, desk with office chair, wall-mounted television, ensuite bathroom with marble shower and countertops and expansive walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, built-in shelving, television and French doors that open to a peek-a-boo balcony.
