My stay was on budget, Sarah at the reception is super nice and helpful with a great smile all the time.
Great parking in front of your room.
Close to a lot of restaurants, and shops.
The room is clean BUT the furniture was damaged as couch cover, desk chair, etc.

First hotel to not have late checkout and I’ve been traveling for more than 20 years. That was quite strange to me. Decent stay, nothing extraordinary. I would go again but to the Sonesta right on the pier instead.

Very nice Hotel! The furniture in our hotel room were dirty maybe need a bit of an update but it was nice and roomy and came with a whole kitchen I would definitely stay again!

They waited all the way to the day they said my deposit was supposed to be on my card to tell me they charged me a cleaning and smoking fee and didn’t even smoke inside the room and left a few balloons because we celebrated my boyfriends birthday.

This was a really nice place to stay at although there is a lot of construction onsite. Had a great first couple of nights and on the 3rd one there was a large altercation at the room above ours which ultimately lead to the police coming out twice and the people eventually being kicked. In the evening the phones are randomly answered at the front desk. Other than that, rooms were great and would certainly stay again

I didn’t know I’d have to walk the entire premises to get to my room once I arrived. I also didn’t know I’d have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room, with my bags in tow. No assistance was available. The furniture was filthy, as well as the carpet. The neighboring room was constantly smoking weed so my room always smelled like skunk. I will NOT stay here again.

Staff was nice and professional. Location of property was great. The design and accessibility of the rooms were accommodating. The only concern was that the remote for the TV in the bedroom was missing. Otherwise, everything was good.

Liked but needs an upgrade
I enjoyed my stay but the rooms need to be updated and the beds are not that comfortable. Only a few channels came in on the tv which wasn’t a big deal since we did not stay in the room that much. I like the large space and multiple bathrooms. The kitchen was a plus with the full size fridge and stove top.

I love having the convenience of having. Kitchen and the living room to relax instead of being in bed all day. The room was spacious and clean along with the kitchen being nice.

The property was extended stay. Coffee maker and toaster in room broken. Staff did not replace. Couch was shreded in 3 rooms that we were shown. Staff on late shift allowed partying in breakfast area that could be heard in room. Outside patio dirty. Pool and spa closed. Laundry room dirty with washers and dryers full of hair and filth.

This property is in complete disrepair and the photos are inaccurate. When we arrived and checked in, the room smelled of sewage, the carpet and furniture were stained beyond belief and there were rips and tears in the couch and chairs. We asked for a refund without even unpacking our bags and they declined us, keeping the full amount. Both Expedia and the hotel stood behind the “nonrefundable” reservation terms and kept our money. Tough lesson - don’t stay here.
