Great place to stay

Spring Break
The photos posted do not do this house justice. It is beautiful and comfortable. You have the bay on one side and the beach on the other side. The locals seems to enjoy the bay side for tanning. About a mile from 2nd street. A bit of a walk if you are going for dinner. There are bikes available, but you need to be really confident on a bike to ride these "beachy" bikes. Locks are provided for the bikes, ample beach day supplies including towels and wagons, paddle boards, etc. The rooftop deck is a bonus and when the weather was nice, we did happy hour up there. While the teenagers were away, I lived in the house. I spent my time reading, writing, and enjoying the fresh ground coffee beans provided. We would stay her again but there are a couple of drawbacks. The location is located across from a liquor store (loved!) and next to the public bathrooms. There is a lot of foot traffic into the late nights and early evenings. We had "Brown Noise" playing in our rooms each night in order to not be waken up throughout our sleep. The beds are super comfortable but they are super creaky. If you are sharing a bed with someone, you are going to wake each other up every time you move. That's it! Like I said, we would stay here again and Wallace was a pleasure to work with. Beware, in case it hasn't been updated, once you book the phone number listed for the property manager they send to you is incorrect. I let Wallace know. Enjoy!

Boat Parade Paradise
What a great view of the Christmas boat parade from the rooftop patio. Walking to Second Street and Naples Island to shop was super fun. We definitely got steps in.

Fantastic stay! 10 Stars!
Had an amazing stay! Best vacation rental we have experienced. The place was perfect for us. Amazing location with ocean views on one side, and marina views on the other from the rooftop patio. The place is fully set up with everything you could possibly need and more. The host was amazingly helpful, meeting us there for an initial tour, and he was super responsive the entire time. I would give the place and experience 10 stars if it let me!

Gorgeous property! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities were exceptional! Check in process was very easy and well explained. We stayed three nights at this property. We enjoyed the modern and comfy accommodations. All spaces were clean and it had all the basic amenities. Both king beds were very comfortable. There are 5 levels: parking garage at ground level, first master bedroom 2nd floor, next master bedroom 3rd floor, living room and kitchen 4th floor, and the rooftop dining table on the top floor. We didn’t mind the stairs at all as it made every floor quiet and private. The parking is tight, I personally wouldn’t try to parking anything bigger than a minivan in the garage. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Property owners/managers were easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, I’m confident they would have responded quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house has it all. From great communication with owner, personal assistance getting settled in, as well as of the line appliances and amenities, and the best rooftop patio with amazing views. Close to 70 stairs from bottom to top, safe with bannisters. My 90 yr old parents were able to manage them. Plan to visit again.

Property is very spacious and comfortable. 1 block away from the Marina and 1 block away from the beach. We brought our dog and this location was 1 mile away from Rosie’s Dog Beach. That was a HUGE bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean home
This is a beautiful clean home with a great location! From the minute we walked in we could smell it was freshly cleaned, new towels awaiting and fresh bed sheet! The beds were extra comfy! I would highly recommend this place for two couples, because that is what it is truly set up for. The house has a maze of double stairs that is fun to master, but not bothersome at all. The view is so pretty from the top of the deck. Tyler was extra friendly and very helpful. We would for sure come back and loved our long weekend getaway.

The house, location and manager were all amazing! This is definitely a rare find! From the moment we got to the house to when we left the manager was on top of things asking if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. He was extremely professional! The house was amazing...only maybe to many stairs, but I'm out of shape so it probably wasn't. The views are great from the top! Its the perfect place for a glass of wine and the sunset! We would definitely recommend this house!

Great location!
This unit is carefully thought out, modern, and beautifully decorated. Be ready for a workout on the stairs from room to room, but it was great for us! Our 4 year old grandson loved the inner and outer stairs to each level. Beach and bay on either side. Hosts were great. Would stay here again if ever back in the Long Beach area.

Relaxing week in Belmont Shores
Stayed the week with my 76 year old dad and 17 y.o. daughter. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for everyone and the bonus rooftop area to enjoy sunsets. Beaches are easy to access and the two loaner bikes were perfect for traveling along the beach path into Long Beach. So much to do and see, but perfect to just sit and chill! Thanks for the great spot to make our week perfect!

Great 6 night stay in Long Beach. Beds were comfortable, plenty of places to sit, watch tv or just talk. Great rooftop patio with views all around and plenty of seating. Lots of stairs and creative layout but we did just fine - glad we had help with luggage tho! Tyler was great at responding to our questions. Loved having a garage. Plenty of great places to eat, hear some live music and have some cocktails. Would most definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

You get exactly what you see in the photos plus an interesting maze of steps. The beds were comfortable and the space was good. The family room only has one couch and added seating is around the kitchen table. One extra comfortable chair would have been greatly appreciated by our family of 4. The roof top deck was a welcome retreat and the oversized garage filled with beach amentities was helpful. The building seems to have 2 units and maybe a care taker apartment. It was clean and an easy stroll around the bay and beach sides with bonus access to a market and coffee shop across the street. The kitchen is well equipped and Whole Foods/Trader Joes are just over a mile away. We only cooked a basic breakfast and made coffee daily but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics. We appreciated the desk area and hardwoods throughout.

Six women in our party from 15 to 75. We were all accommodated! Loved coffee in the early morning on the rooftop patio before using the paddle boards in the bay. Beach chairs, coffee, bikes and great beds made for a comfy stay! Thank you!!

Panorama on the Peninsula
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in Belmont Shore. The location is ideal for exploring the bay or the beach, and the roofop deck offers a panoramic view of it all. It was great being able to enjoy Vibes Cafe across the street and walk along the bay to Gondola Getaway for a fun afternoon ride through the canals of Naples. As others have described, be aware that there are many stairs and that the layout of the house is vertical and unusual, but it worked well for us.

Location, location, location!
Great experience staying here for a wonderful weekend exploring the area and doing a college tour at Cal State Long Beach. Smooth and easy check in process. Wallace (owner) and Tyler (Property Manager) were very communicative, and Tyler met us when we checked in and gave us the home tour and details. The home is extremely clean with a modern interior, comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Being able to bring our pups and having the garage made it all the better. For the pups, Rosie’s Dog Beach is right down the street within walking distance (5 minutes), and Bixby's gated dog park is a few minutes drive away. Near the university is Recreation Dog Park, another gated dog park. For the humans, plenty of space and amenities inside, and the rooftop space was a wonderful perk and festive with lights, table, chairs, and amazing views. There are a lot of stairs and doors to manage, but not too difficult once you get used to it. Spacious rooms and each interior level had a bathroom. Both bedrooms are en-suites with large showers and walk in closets. And you cannot beat the location - beautiful and clean beach is one block away, the marina is one block the other way. Vibes restaurant is 30 seconds away and so good (we had breakfast there) and next to that is a little convenience store for snacks. We had a long drive down from Northern California, so we ordered in from Roe our first night (it was excellent) and ate at Nick's on 2nd for dinner our second night, which was equally excellent (and nice to see the area hopping on a Saturday night). The Peninsula area and location of this property is a very nice upscale beach area and very safe. All in all, it is a fabulous property and I highly recommend!

Wonderful beach house!
The peninsula is such a perfect vacation spot, close to the bay and the ocean. This house was a perfect place for my family to gather. My 3 and 5 year old granddaughters loved the secret stair cases and little nooks, and had hours of fun! All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for preparing meals. The highlight, however, was the rooftop patio! We had beautiful breakfasts and sunsets during our stay. The owners and property managers were wonderful and very responsive to every question, and communicated frequently about our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the area - everything you could possibly want is right there. We went to "Vibes" cafe pretty much every day. The property is centrally located to allow for beach walks every day as well as a beach on the marina side. Wallace our host was very accommodating and was there to meet us when we checked in. The rooftop deck was perfect for the evenings to relax and watch the sunset. We'll definitely be back again!

This is a fantastic property!!! The host was amazing. His communication was A+; he greeted us at the place and showed us everything and answered all the questions we had; he was really the perfect host! The location is jus perfect. Lovely small town feel; we brought our dog so having access to Rosie's Beach by foot (just 1 mile from the townhome) was priceless. The place is beautiful, modern, new and super clean ... exactly like the pictures. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you Wallace for everything. We will see you again in the future :)

Had everything we needed . Very clean and spacious. Well worth every penny. Parking was a little tricky with a small pick up and the stairs a bit challenging with heavy luggage. Within walking distance to ocean or bay waters. Many options for entertainment in the area. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Wallace was a perfect host.

My friends and I had so much fun during our stay. Wallace was great - very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was perfectly clean and very comfortable - the beds were awesome. We absolutely loved the roof deck. Also the location is awesome, you can easily walk down to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely, spacious spot in great location
Had a really great time staying at this spacious two-bedroom, somewhat unconventionally laid out (with a room in each of three levels), with very comfortable beds and lots of natural light. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, which we enjoyed both evenings. Wallace was a very responsive host and arranged for us to take a sunset Duffy Boat ride through the canals under a full moon, which was fantastic. It was a bit pricey, particularly because of the extra $70 per person nightly charge for each guest beyond the first two, even if those "extra" guests are children under age 12 traveling with their parent(s). I find this policy a bit odd, especially given the place has two king bedrooms and two king sized beds and is advertised as comfortably sleeping 4. Regardless, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a very clean, modern, and well-situated place for a long weekend on / near the water in Long Beach.

Best little Getaway!!!
Talk about perfect!!! We slipped away to celebrate my daughters birthday with two friends and we LOVED IT!!! Everything was so wonderful and completely ready for our little stay. The views were gorgeous, so much to see and do. Wonderful to have our own garage parking space and cutest little restaurant for breakfast just a stones through away. Can’t wait to stay here again only for a lot longer. 100% rate this a five star stay!!!!!!
