Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. The vibe was amazing, extremely tasteful decoration throughout the entire hotel, lounge areas where relaxing. We ate at the rooftop for dinner and they had really great tapas. It was walking distance from the crypto arena, which is why we came into town. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

The staff are all super friendly, offered water while i was waiting for my room to be ready. Water, milk, and coffee all free and you can call for more. They also allow you to store your luggage with them after you check out which was great as i had a later flight and had some more things to do in the city after checking out.

Nice classy hotel. Enjoyed the stay and interaction with the staff as well. Cleaning staff did a great job on the room everyday as well, too. I was woken up by a loud noise a couple of nights - not sure what that was. Otherwise, the only real drawback is the dicey area - quite a number of folks just wandering the streets, riding their bikes randomly on the sidewalks - you have to keep your head on a bit of a swivel in the neighborhood, unfortunately. They do charge a "destination fee" of over $40 a night, in addition to the $15 LA hotel ordinance surcharge. There should not be a destination fee for this type of neighborhood. Just put the total price up front and don't call it a destination fee to stay in a neighborhood like this.
