The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again.

Food was mediocre at best and staff constantly asking to come in my room. 12 times in a 20 min period because I declined room housekeeping services and just wanted to sleep. they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Our overall stay was pretty good. The dining options were okay and most required a dress code consisting of long pants for the men and all we packed were shorts and swimsuits (we were on vacay) so that was a little silly and inconvenient. The staff however were wonderful and the property is absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful property! Grounds are meticulously tended daily by hotel staff. Everyone from front desk, restaurant, poolside and house keeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Few missing tiles in our room and the pool area. Bathroom tub leaked at the drain.

For the most part, the staff was great. I did not like the fact that they tried to upgrade when we checked in but would have received very few immunities with this extra cost. 2 employees were very pushy, and it was a turn off. The room temperature was the biggest issue. This was set at 72 degrees and couldn't be changed. It was not very warm out and as a result, I was very cold all the time in the room. We will not return to this hotel.

This property is not only dated, but the food was really more like cafeteria food. The drinks were not at par with American standards. When we checked in, we weren't given a tour of the facility or explained what we paid for, so we just wandered around for the first 24 hours. This wasn't a 4 diamond hotel at all. It was safe and the staff were pleasant, but not worth the cost of what we paid.

We loved the property, (my second time) we didn’t love the sales pressure 2 mins after checking in. That didn’t happen before Hilton bought it. It also states it is non smoking property. I think every balcony around us has people smoking morning and evening. So much so I couldn’t use my balcony often. I’m allergic to smoke, have asthma and recovering from sinus surgery, so can’t be around it. That’s why i selected this property! Is there ever really a smoke free place?? Such a bummer! Our vIP wine choice didn’t show up in our room until our last night so we had to pay it forward to another guest. Otherwise the resort was great! Beautiful peaceful location.

The best all inclusive resort in Cabo within its price range. The property and landscaping are very well maintained and the views all around the property are amazing. The pool is temperature regulated which is very nice during the non summer months. All of the restaurants had amazing food and all bars served amazing drinks. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Ivan and Delmer with the entertainment staff kept us laughing and having fun during our whole stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!
