Great place, facilities were awesome and the service staff including house keeping, bell hops, restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Our check in experience was terrible. Agreed to a room upgrade and it was immediately “no longer available” so decided to keep the original booking. After leaving the office the resort left a voicemail offering an another room at a very good rate so we returned to the office one last time. When we arrived the rate actually offered was not what was promised in the voicemail. The staff member offering this rate was not in the office but someone else began to help since they were not available they offered a higher rate. We said no we were offered X in a voicemail so we waited for the person who originally helped and left the voicemail to come back. When she arrived she said that rate offer was a mistake and said the actual rate was even more than her co-worker was offering. At this point we were very annoyed. Other than that the place was exceptional. The Barracuda bar was the best Fernando was awesome. Abelardo “Chucky” at the poolside was also very good. After leaving the check in review the resort offered a very nice suite upgrade complimentary, but we decided not to accept as our trip was nearly over and didnt want to waste time repacking our room and moving to another room.

I Had The Preferred Club Ocean View King! The Ambiance At Night Is Very Romantic As You Take A Walk Down The Path. The groundsman are taking good care of the flowers and grounds. The Resturants Are Very Good Such Coco Coffee Shop, The Market Place,And They Have An Italian Restaurant On The Property. The Room Service Is Good But They Need To Work On The Wait Time. They Should Have An Ice Machine On Each Floor. So you Won't Have To Wait On Room Service For It. Which Can Take An Hour or More. The Preferred Club Office Didn't Explain The Resturants Or What Kind Of Resturants They Had To Offer. We Pay Extra For The Preferred Club So That Should Be Included Instead Of Us Finding Out On Our Own. Other Than That I Will Definitely Come Back.

The property was beautiful! Everything we could have hoped for. The location was pretty secluded, it’s perfect if you’re just staying at the resort your whole trip. The staff was helpful and always had a smile.

I did nt like the fact that some patrons put their towels on the poolside chairs then leave on excursions so no one takes the chairs meanwhile they show up hours later into the afternoon, this she be governed, i also dont like that lobster was not included in any meals and was a $150 extra charge per person, the food was very good quality but everything was super salty,

My wife and I stayed here for 3 night recently to celebrate our anniversary. The property is nice with a good ocean view. The pool was pretty busy during the day and looked fun. We were there to relax and found the beach area by the preferred rooms was perfect with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the ocean with coladas in hand. One highlight was a quiet walk by the beach at night with the full moon reflecting on the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful. We also enjoyed a couple’s massage at the spa. Great service. Would stay again.

This resort is amazing for several reasons! First, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and courteous. It was easy to arrange transportation into downtown Cabo. We told them what we wanted to do and they handled the reservations and gave us the time to meet the driver in the lobby. Secondly, the property is beautiful, very clean and safe! Third, all the food options were excellent. They were delicious! Definitely try out the Asian style restaurant it was so yummy. (I forgot the name) Although, the food took a little longer here. The only down side was the pools weren’t very cold. So with the heat it wasn’t very refreshing. But the swim up bar made up for it. We would definitely come back for another vacation here.
