“This place is truly an oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The furnishings and kitchen are contemporary and beautifully chosen. The view of the Rappahannock River is magnificent and there's even an osprey nest with ospreys that use it. The bathroom is gorgeous too. The hosts are welcoming and you are greeted with wine, cheese and crackers. I wish we lived closer so that we could stay there more often. Nearby Urbanna is also a great place to eat, take a boat ride, and enjoy the quaint town. ”

“Was convenient to my job site and had all the necessary amenities. Arlene was a great, responsive host. 2 small issues- no ac/heat in bedroom, so it can get pretty hot in the summer Lots of moths and other flying bugs Other than that, great place to stay and well worth the price!”

“If you are looking to stay on the Potomac River / Chesapeake Bay, look no further you have found the spot! Lien was an amazing host, very communitive and super helpful with any and all questions. The property is stunning with a huge yard to play. The sunroom made for a wonderful spot to sit and watch a summertime thunderstorm while playing board games. We are looking forward to going back again!”

“beautiful property, fun water activities and very peaceful. The neighbor to the right (if looking at the house from the front) was very rude…luckily he was only home for one day of the trip! There was not enough paddles for the kayaks other then that it was a perfect stay! The host was very tentative and super nice!”
