The building had a security guard that told us we couldn’t stay because it was illegal for owners to rent out their rooms. He said we had to go find a hotel. “We came into town looking for a room where we could walk to the Science Museum and get a ride to the Bottom for dinner. Our stay was excellent and would book here our next time in RVA. The property was exactly what you expect in the Fan. Also very clean, and the coffee and snacks were a great touch.”
