I arrived at the wrong hotel, apparently because Hampton Inn actually operates two hotels under the name "Louisville East"!? The desk clerk at the first hotel wasn't quite up to her job. Once I was finally checked in, the room, however, was clean, and breakfast was decent. The staff at the hotel I actually stayed at (probably the one I'm reviewing) were friendly and capable.

Everything was so nice! The staff and facilities were excellent! The only thing I could complain about was inadequate water pressure and really who has ever had enough water pressure at a hotel?

The best hotel we have ever stayed out. Only complaint was our remote never worked but we literally were just there to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal and we never called for assistance. I’m sure if we would have they would have taken care of it. Definitely will be staying again

The property was good over all. Quiet area, Sam walking distance away, luckily I am a member so I was able to get discounted gas. Also within walking distance of a few restaurants. Hotel was really clean. I did have a couple issues. My toilet in my room leaked I had to put a towel behind the toilet to catch the water. My shower also leaked terribly so I had to use a towel next to the show to catch the water.

Room was like new and spacious. Smart TV in the room. We logged in with our Netflix account and enjoyed. Breakfast was one of the nicer events shared by a hotel. Only negative was some noisy neighbor's kids but that is not the hotel's fault.

We had a great stay! The front desk was very helpful with everything we needed. It was a convenient distance from the louder than life concert and I even booked an extra night last minute and they made sure I was comfortable and happy. Will stay here again in the future if we’re back in this area.
