This was a nice property. The pool was a little small but the kids still had fun. The only complaint I have is that there was a stench that came out of the air when it kicked on and there was often the smell of weed in the hallways.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions I will likely do so again. However, I have stayed here twice very recently. Both times the TV did not ESPN signal on TV. This needs to be corrected.

It was okay
Check in was easy, we were given choice between 7th or 1st floor. We stayed on the 7th floor, they didnt tell us we would be seeing the roof of the lower building from it and hardly any decent view. The bathroom was a little dirty(m&m) in corner under sink, bottom of shower needed a little extra tlc. The ac/heater unit made horrible noises every 10 mins or so. Room temp didnt feel like it matched its setting. We assumed from pictures it was more updated then it actually was. It wasnt a bad stay, we were just expecting more.

I have stayed there several times in the past and will continue to do so. Only gripe is that ESPN was for some reason not available on TV. I'm sure this was some sort of glitch.

It is a great place to stay when attending events in the area. Free airport shuttle & shuttle around area (they will drop you off at your event 😊)

Top-shelf hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and close to all we needed to access. It was almost as good as home.

We stayed 2 nights during the Bourbon and Beyond Festival. The hotel location was perfect for attending the concert. The first night was good. The room was clean upon arrival, the only issue was the air conditioner was loud and didn’t maintain the room temperature well. The second night we arrived to the room late and it was very hot. I went downstairs around 11pm to report the issue. The front desk attendant said she would report the issue to maintenance. I confirmed that I would need to be in the room for them to enter my room. So we go back to the room and wait. No one ever came! The room was so hot and miserable that neither of us slept well nor comfortable. When we checked out, I again reported that the air conditioner wasn’t working in our room and we waited through the night for maintenance. The desk attendant was apologetic and said she was sorry and it must have been overlooked. Overlooked! Seriously! That’s terrible customer service and follow up on customer concerns.

Stayed here for the Bourbon and Beyond Festival at the Expo Center. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. So great that they had a shuttle to the festival gate. Cleaning staff came by even when we were late getting out of the room. Loved that they kept the bar/restaurant open late every night for when folks returned hungry from the show. Great stay!!!
