Great House to Experience Louisville
My family and I loved staying at this property. Owners were super responsive and helpful. 7 of us came for a trip to experience Louisville, Churchill Downs, and all of the surrounding distilleries. Awesome location to do everything we wanted to do. The house itself is extremely clean, well-kept and has all the amenities you need. We ended up spending more time at the property than we expected because it was that comfortable. We hope to come back to this property in the future, and thanks to the owners for an amazing stay!

Everything was great! The furniture was comfortable and the linens smelled clean. The host was great and communication couldn’t have been better. The check out process was super easy and they had fresh baked cookies for us at check in. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this house! The design, the location, the property owner’s hospitality…it has it all. We stayed here to visit Louisville for a few days and travel to the Ark Encounter for a day. Matt was more than helpful with questions about the surrounding area, restaurants, and things to do. If we ever make it to the Derby, this is where we will stay. Don’t hesitate to book!

Quick family trip to Bourbon Trail
This house worked great for my husband, our three grown children and me. The bedrooms were spacious, and there was plenty of room in the house to spread out. Kitchen very well equipped and nice appliances. Lots of special little touches, such as cut flowers around the house, fresh coffee and cookies for our arrival, nice products (e.g., toilet paper, toiletries). Nice backyard with fire pit, but we didn't use it. Everywhere we wanted to go was about 10 minutes away, so do need a car/transporation service. However, it was easy to get places and an Uber was never more than about 10 minutes away. Street parking was easy, and there is also a parking pad at the back of the lot we could have used. Very nice stay! Would highly recommend.

Beautifully restored character home! Kitchen is amazing and well equipped. We loved the proximity to downtown & all that Louisville has to offer. Backyard was great for an evening fire & relaxing at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was soooo beautiful. My family agreed that we want to book this home every time we come to Louisville. It really looks just like the pictures but even better in person. This was spacious enough for everyone. We even utilized the air mattresses. The fire pit is nice I wish we would have done a bonfire.

Great location. It is close to everything downtown Louisville. The house is very cozy and charming. The house decor is spot on. Super clean. The beds were comfy. Heating and air worked perfectly. The host was very accessible and gave some great recommendations on our stay. We’ll be back.
