Fabulous staff!! The hotel is newly renovated and decorated. It is glorious. Eliseo has the best staff possible. We will never stay anywhere else in Lourdes.

The staff was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was very nice with lots of variety. The location was perfect for all our plans.

The location is very near the entrance to the Groto. Lots of options to eat nearby. The hotel is just a place to sleep that is if you can sleep with their stiff cushioned mattress. The rooms doesn’t have any AC as such you have to open the patio Door at your own risk. I never had a good and restful stay.

Another great stay
This is our third stay at Hotel Eliseo,and it’s always a pleasure to return due to the warm welcome from our host Brigitte and team and the wonderful dinner at in house restaurant. We also love the great location with private parking, and so near to the grotto. We will definitely return again. Thank you Louis

Coming back at Hotel Eliseo
Super happy with the very friendly and efficient Bridgitte of the front desk. Super close to the grotto. We leave the hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled mass and still get there before the mass starts.

Wonderful Stay, and great hotel
This was our second stay at Eliseo, and we were not disappointed, we still received the very warm welcome from Brigitte who did everything to make our stay extra enjoyable. We felt secure as every precaution was take to make you feel safe. Great hotel, lovely location, love the restaurant in the evening. We will definitely return again. Thank you Louis B

Great Hotel with easy walk to Shrine and downtown
Excellent choice for visiting Lourdes. Very close to Basilica and Grotto. Generous size of room and very clean. Extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this to anyone. The only downside was the water in the shower was not very hot.

This property was fantastic! We traveled as a family of four and the upstairs loft for the kids was fantastic! The staff was so helpful and kind, we checked in early thinking we would just drop our bags and go, but our room was ready. This property is in the heart of Lourdes and within minutes of the Basilica and many restaurants within short walking distance. It is likely one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed.

All the staff were very nice. The manager (Francisca) even gave us free ride to the train station, using her personal vehicle, since getting a Cab is not easy.. Cheers to all of them.

There are better places elsewhere!!
The hotel looks great outside and very close to the sanctuary. This hotel is overpriced and room we stayed was the as cleaned as you would expect for simillar priced hotels in the UK. No kettle or facility to make a hot brew in the room, No fridge. The breakfrast is overpriced again @ 12euro per head one would expect a hot breakfast, only cold meat etc. Saying that the waiter in the breakfast room was great. I would recomend this hotel if you have some kind of imparment and want somewhere close to the Sanctuary. The bathroom was a wet room suitable for the elderly or wheelchair bound, did not work for us as our infant like a splash in the tub. There care machine was not working at check out. WIFI was free.

Good Hotel but steep approach
I booked a single standard room & emailed to say I would prefer a shower to a bath and I was placed in a Junior Suite, with walk in shower (in addition to a shower over a bath), a lounge area with tea making facilities and a fridge as well as a bedroom which seemed larger than the standard room. The price stayed the same, so I was very pleased with this, and very comfortable. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a steep slope up to the entrance with an alternative of steps from half way up, which became easier as there was a handrail. Wheelchairs had to take the slope

This is a great Hotel in Lourdes. Big bathroom in case you have someone with special necessities. The people are very friendly and the location are superb!

Central location, friendly staff, easy access
This hotel is at the epicenter of Lourdes between the grotto and the sanctuary. My air conditioning went out, and they sent someone immediately to fix it. It went out again, but that was my last day. I don't have any expectation this was normal. The building is a bit older than the picture, which must have been taken before the other hotels which are now right across the street. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A one night stay
We stayed there one night. The people were friendly and very helpful. The rating comes from the hours of meal services compared not to other local hotels but from what we are used to. The room was clean but very small with an uncomfortable bed. I have no idea what the other thousand or so local hotels are like but this one was like a low end Holiday Inn.
