“This place has so much potential. It's a beautiful old building that is kept clean, but could use some refreshing touches. Lots of nice woodwork and furniture. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom small, but clean and cute. Quiet atmosphere even for a main street hotel. No sign of a bar or restaurant. Breakfast? We quickly decided because of the low cost of the room we could skip the very meager offering and eat elsewhere 😍.”

“Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.”

“On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the property was well maintained—mostly. On the “needs improvement” side, the hot tub was broken and when we asked a housekeeper about it, she responded “long time”. The breakfast was nicely complete but needs to be replenished in a more timely manner and the tables need to be cleaned more often.”

“After booking a suite with pet a week in advance, when we arrived at the hotel was told, " no pets in suite."”

“The tollette and bed were operational. The air conditioning was too. Other wise, the tv and most electrical appliances and outlets were not functioning.”

“We reserved an Executive room through expedia and paid for that, but we were checked in to a small basic room. We were told it was expedias fault. AC makes a big loude noise , so was disturbing sleeping, a small shampoo tube, but was half empty, carpet felt sticky and dirty.”

“I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern or trying to resolve our issues, they were dismissive and……
