"Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but..."

The two single beds were a good size and very comfortable, pillows could have been a bit softer. They arrange for special assistance for me and even a breakfast bag as we were leaving before breakfast started. I would highly recommend staying here if your leaving on early/late flights."
