“I traveled from Boston; it was my first time at this hotel, and I loved everything. It was very quiet and clean, and the staff was super friendly. The room was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable. Plus, the hotel is in a walkable area with various places to eat and shops nearby. I recommend it.❤️”

“Small but perfectly functional room. Common areas were clean, smelt lovely, and very useful. Housekeeping was pretty lame. Took towels and didn’t replace them. Didn’t replenish bottled water.”

“Very cute Hotel, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and larger than expected rooms. No bar or real food available, only vending machines, but you are close to anything you would need.”

“The hotel is close to souch island metro station and the battle field park. The room is quite basic and old. Standard bed, with mini fridge and microwave in the room. The hair dryer is aged and sticky. The overall facility is aged and need better maintenance. One of the male staff is helpful to assist but not all are friendly. Given this price, I can't say it's worthy.”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”
