This charming 75 sqm apartment is perfect for couples, families or small groups, with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The apartment located on the second floor without a lift boasts a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. There are two bathrooms with showers, ensuring privacy and convenience during the stay. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and other essential utensils. You will be able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dedicated dining area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and individual gas heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.
