Phenomenal time!
This property was amazing! Very cozy and had everything you could possibly need available including blankets, pillows, games, utensils, plates/cups, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this location and this host. He was very friendly and very helpful when we asked for recommendations.

Ludington Stay
Make sure if you want people to start a load of laundry before they leave that you put it in with the check in instructions. Not great to find out that you want it done after the guys leave. It was an inconvenience to have to come back to do that. Thanks

Great stay
Had a quick stay with just my son. Had everything we needed(kitchen, internet, space, entertainment, etc.). Also, very well positioned in town. I’ve not done a ton of these, but Mark was the most responsive host that i can remember. Would definitely return with the full family.

Winter getaway
This was the perfect place to stay for a little winter getaway with friends. We went hiking at Ludington State Park during the day as well as a lantern lit hike at night. This place was great to come back to and eat, play games and sleep.

Cozy Home in a Perfect Location!
My husband and I rented this house with our two small children. The space was perfect for what we needed (separate bedrooms for us and the kids, room for the kids to play, separate bathrooms, etc!). The house was very clean, located right down the street from the famous House of Flavors restaurant, and close to so many other attractions for kids and adults (Children’s Museum, Library, Ludington Kid’s Clubhouse, Chalkheadz gymnastics place, downtown). Mark was also great to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay, Mark!

Charming and conveniently located
The owner Mark was prompt and helpful when questions were asked. The house was within walking distance to downtown and the beach. We had a great time hiking and walking down the pier at the beach to go up in the lighthouse. It was a great trip and I would stay there again.

North country trail running

The house is VERY clean, well stocked, and spacious. The neighborhood is terrific within walking distance to the park and shopping. We were moving from another rental to this house, and Mark dropped off a cooler to us so we could easily move our food - above and beyond. After check in Mark messaged asking if the space met our expectations, which was great. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay this home in Ludington. The house is in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown attractions. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice porch and backyard. Plenty of space for two families. It has all of the things you need for nice stay. We also had great communication with the host.

Great host, great place.
Great home base for adventures in Ludington, especially for large families/groups. Very few options like it. Close to everything. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. We were especially impressed with the host, Mark, who was responsive and accommodating. We immediately grabbed the house for next year, same weekend.

Great Place Close to everything
My family and and friends have stayed here 2 years in a row for the Gus Macker. It is in a great location, short walk to the beach and downtown area. The property owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and very nice. Definitely recommend if looking to stay in ludington.

Amazing Ludington getaway!
Our family, including small children, my husband, and my mother, traveled to Ludington this past weekend for the Lakestride half marathon. This beautiful, charming home helped us to fall in love with Ludington. The house was immaculately clean, cozy, and adorable. The beds were all comfortable. The kids especially loved the bunk beds, and fooz ball table. Mark was very accommodating and helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. We literally parked our car upon arrival, and never had to use it all weekend, due to everything being within walking distance. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Great Ludington beach house!
We loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the fenced in yard and the fooseball table. We loved being close enough to walk to everything, beach, dinner, ice cream, playgrounds, marina. The house was nicely updated and had everything we needed even a cooler and ice packs for our beach day picnics. We will stay here again! Thank you!

Was clean, spacious. Had most of what we needed (literally only thing I missed was a cutting board!) Was very close to the beach, nobody felt crowded, and it was just great. Beds? Comfy Parking? Ample Location? A+ Ludington is a small hut great little town and i definitely recommend this place!

This was a perfect location and place for our Ladies’ 57th College Reunion! The home was spacious and comfortable for visiting, games, and meals. In a great neighborhood and perfect for our trips to the lighthouse, beach, Maritime Museum, and shopping. Close to many great restaurants too. Our local manager was very accommodating and helpful for suggestions!

80th birthday with family
Mark was very gracious and because there was a snow storm coming. Allowed us to come in earlier than the set times so we wouldn’t have to travel through the storm. We all arrive and got settled in the space was very comfortable. Lots of sleeping beds for 7 guests. Updated home in a nice residential neighborhood. My family Walked to Stearns park from the home and enjoyed the beautiful beautiful sunset. Mark sent a text the next morning to see how things were for first night and they were just great beds slept wonderful, and everything was pleasant, nice for us to celebrate my 80th birthday. The next afternoon, my whole family went to the Ludington State Park and walk the lost lake trail, which is my favorite culminating the day in a wonderful way we took our grandchildren to the children’s park down by the condos. Thank you Mark for hosting my family for my 80th birthday.

We had a great time in Ludington! This house was perfect for the amount of people we had. We used all the kid bunks and there were actually 4 queens. I guess I didn’t realize there was an extra in the basement. We had two families and two extra brothers staying and it accommodated us all. We loved the big comfy couch and that the kitchen had everything we needed from kid stuff to coffee filters! Highly recommend! Our host was super friendly and easy to communicate with! If we visit our family in the area again we’d definitely come back to this house! It’s in a great location. Super close to the beach and the cute little downtown area. We felt very comfortable walking around the whole area.

Lovely remodeled home in Ludington
Mark has done a nice job of updating this lovely older home. It has everything we needee for our visit. Plenty of common space with beautiful wood work. Lots of charm. Mark was also able to accommodate us in a earlier check in. Was quick to respond to any and all questions. Will definitely recommend any time of the year. Especially during the summer months. Only 2 blocks from the beach.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space for the group of us to stay and areas to hang out. Definitely a repeat destination
This house was awesome for our relaxing long weekend. It sleeps a lot of people but it was just two of us this trip. The house is located on a quiet street with hardly any traffic, but close enough to walk to the shops and Stearns Beach without much effort. I really liked having a whole kitchen even though we didn’t cook much. The VRBO app was having issues before our trip but I was able to reach out to the host directly and he was always responsive timely. We will definitely be back!
