Upon arrival there were no rooms ready. When the room became available my room had a dirty shower curtain and liner. I didn’t have enough towels and when I asked the front desk they stated they were out and offered pool Towels, no thank you. They were dirty as well. Another associates offered the floor bath mat towels. I stayed here because of my graduation and it was convenient and I thought it being a Marriott my experience would be better.

The Fairfield Inn was an excellent location to lodge at during my Lynchburg visit for the Virginia University of Lynchburg graduation. The staff were courteous and friendly in addition to my room and all areas of the hotel being pristine. I would highly recommend!

Elevator button broke the day we arrived. Staff was quick to get this serviced and fixed by the next morning. So only minor inconvenience. Room was very nice and clean.

It’s time for up grades in room 218 from the ironing board pad to the faucet in the tub. The carpet had red stain. It wasn’t worth the price. It didn’t have a clean fresh feeling in the room.

Only one working elevator ..... VERY hard time using it at all, so try to stay on lower level! During busy times the wait was unbearable.

Nice stay for the weekend college trip. Wish the rates were better for being purchased third party, although I have Marriott rewards I could not earn for all that was spent which is a shame.

The staff at Fairfield were amazing. From Ireland whom I first spoke with to each member of the staff - warm and welcoming. The place smelled great, the rooms were very clean, and all around a GREAT value. The team at this Fairfield is doing a great job!!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Liberty University. We were there for CFAW and it was very close to campus with access to LUs transportation or within walking distance of the campus. Great room with comfortable beds and all the amenities. Good breakfasts and I enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon.

Room was very clean. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Beautiful view. Beautiful area. People could not be more helpful. If you needed something, just ask. I will definitely stay here again.
