“The house is beautiful, newly renovated or newly built. The rooms are spacious. The views from the deck were spectacular!! The screen door was tricky to open but the owner was quick to come over to help us out. Although we went to shocktober fest which was 25 min away, I would definitely stay there again. ”

“The kitchen was great! Very spacious and was great for what we wanted. Everyone was so comfy that weekend, the lighting around the house was so nice and made everything feel extra cozy. Eric is a great host! He made sure we knew how to use everything and gave us a run down of the place. My one note would be to go through the spices and seasonings in the house as the majority of them are expired.”

“The property was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home but very well maintained. You are in closer quarters but the living space was comfortable for 5 adults. We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move. ”

He provided us with great info regarding the property, as well as some awesome places to eat in West Chester (within walking distance of his property). The house itself was perfect…Great kitchen and family room, as well as three bedrooms (and 2 great bathrooms).
