“Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels.……

“Pros: Room is a good size and location for the rate. Plenty of food and drink options steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend both tattooed mom and momoka for lunch and dinner. Both are 1-2mins walk away. Room was clean and came with bottled water and a small snack. A little bit of street noise but they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. Cons: Check in was complicated. You have to check in online and upload pictures of your id ahead of time. There is no front desk to talk to.……

“Excellent location for us as we were visiting Drexel (a short walk away). Apartment was clean, and parking was easy at a nearby lot (the host sent instructions on how to find the best price on parking, but we just chose the first lot we came across that was walking distance). “The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep.
