“Main bed was rock hard, additional single bed was only slightly more comfortable. Outlets on one side of the room didn't work which left me without a TV, fridge or microwave. Shower felt like getting hosed with a pressure washer. Staff were never around to provide any of this feedback to. For how much I spent for three nights, I expected some level of comfort that this motel simply did not provide.”

On the afternoon of our check-in day, while we were resting in the room, a staff member unexpectedly opened the door to check the air conditioner without any prior notice.
