Stay was Ok. We paid a lot of money for a room here, not to mention paying for parking as a guest. We had issues with our check-in which took a bit of time and was annoying as we had a long day and just wanted to get in our room. Customer service wasn't terrible, but not necessarily the best either. We've stayed here once before, as we drive into Madison at least twice a year. I'm not sure if I'm willing to stay here again, we could hear EVERYTHING through the walls, there were times we thought someone was actually in our room. Not the best visit. We had room service sent to our room, we were tired and looking for something sweet. Great dessert/room service options.
