The host was communicative and helpful with clear instructions for checking in and checking out, parking, etc. The carriage house was mostly clean (save for some stains on the underside of the comforter). A note about the bed: If you like a VERY soft sleeping experience, this is the place for you. “Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. ”

“The unit itself was okay. It was reasonably clean, though we did spot roaches and a few other bugs during our stay. The shower ran cold our first day, but I’ll give the host credit — we messaged him and he had it fixed quickly and without any hassle.
The bigger issue was the property as a whole, which is in real need of repairs and upkeep. From the driveway all the way to the common area where you access the unit, things felt neglected. The light fixture in the entry had only one working bulb……
