“非常完美，适合安静，大厅具备了游戏桌，学习，工作区域，真的分区非常完美，早饭也在大厅吃，真的不要太方便了。而且很肃静，一直以为没有人，但等早上出去吃饭，发现都是人，大家都非常有素质，晚上很安静，没有普通酒店的那种吵杂，这点是我的爱。员工很热情。设施方便，很容易就可以找到房间。最爱的就是还有健身房。我都很喜欢。门口免费停车，最赞的是，竟然可以带狗狗入住。”

“Almost everything was great. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is well done. The property and room were very clean and well kept. My almost is due to the high level of chemicals in the pool. My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red. The smell of the chlorine was also very strong. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool-but only opted to use it once due to the potency of the chemicals. But REALLY everything else was very……

“We spent only one night at Ruby. Wanted to extend our stay but weren’t able to because of plans the next day. I will be returning to Madison next week and will def stay again. Staff is exceptional. Ambience of the hotel is so warming, inviting and relaxing. We felt as though we stepped back in time for the evening. Very clean, extremely clean. “My friend forgot her engagement ring on the table by the hot tub at night, but didnt realize it til the next morning. The cleaning staff was honest enough to bring it to the front desk where after asking for proper description, returned it to the rightful owner. Very much appreciated!”
