“The Hyatt is close to UMMC North. I had an early appointment there. Instead of getting up at the crack of dawn we booked a room for the day before. Checked in, rested and went to an excellent local diner (Eat's Diner). The Mushroom Swiss Burger was so good. Came back to our room and watched TV and had an early night. “We were Traveling and stayed one night. Didn’t want to stay in Jackson. Nice area. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, everyone spoke to you that walked by. Access to a lot of restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable, Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel!”
