Bathroom needs an upgrade. Tub paint was peeling badly and tub stopper was removed from tub and placed on side. Took a while to figure out how to work the shower. Stains on towels. Service was friendly though.

Very affordable, convenient to the hospital, and friendly staff. The rooms were furnished nicely and were clean. The pool was nice. Property outside was well maintained and had nice curb appeal. The lobby is very nice and offers many amenities. The breakfast was good and appealing with quite a variety of options. If we ever need to go to Jackson again, we will stay at this hotel again!

This was a last minute reservation and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is great, the staff were friendly and the rooms was nice

The property had a pipe burst, which is out of their control; however this caused the water to turn brown, we asked for bottle water to brush our teeth and they tried to charge us for the water. We asked for clean towels and wash cloths, we were told we had to bring the used ones to the front desk to get clean ones. The pool was not clean, and not in use. We stayed for three days, the trash cans weren’t emptied, we had to get trash bags from the front desk and empty our trash. The sink was not clean when we entered the room. Finally, the property had a very peculiar smell.

When I checked in at 3pm there was no running water at the facility at all. I couldn’t use the restroom or wash my hands for hours. The water wasn’t turned back on until after 6pm. I had to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. And when the water was turned back on it was black and brown so that wasn’t safe. I had to literally let the water run for an hour before it cleared up and I still didn’t trust it. So I was totally inconvenienced and I’m visiting Jackson, Ms on a business trip. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Glad we had a place to stay so late at night and the staff I would say helpful and kind. The room was not clean I had to go downstairs because there was blood stain pillowcases on the bed and a used body towel but didn’t discover that til I came back up. The property looks ok when you walk in but the rooms are old and pretty dirty

This hotel is a scam, i reserved my room and the secretary said the rooms were full and i couldn't cancell the reservation. So we called expivia and expivia said they couldn't, they said it could not be refunded this is a damm scam i would like y'all to cancel my resirvation and give me my money back! If not, i will sue and i will charge interest. This site is a damm scamm
