Hyatt Place is an excellent and convenient place to stay. My only hesitation to give it 5 stars is one imperfection. We stayed on the side facing east. It is directly facing I-55, and the noise coming from traffic on I-55 is not conducive to a good night's rest. Other than that, the hotel is very, very clean and the amenities are many.

Staff was very kind and courteous. Arrived late, but gentleman at front welcoming and ladies in the morning very nice, ESPECIALLY the lady working the breakfast area! The room however did need some attention though- cabinet broken, drawer broken and had previous tenants toothbrush there, no trash can(except bathroom), AND partition wall had something red(?) splattered on it!
