“The house needs maintenance work as well as cleaning. The freezer was filthy when we arrived. One of the sliding glass door handles was broken. The outside deck as well as the boat dock both need major repairs. (The day we arrived, the owner did message not to get on the dock due to needed repairs.) The ice maker did not work; we sent a message about that to the owner but received no reply. The morning after the first night, there were dozens of bugs in the downstairs bathroom. We had to close……
