Hotel is old and outdated. A little bit of smell inside the room. Sheets were clean and bed was nice. Front desk was very friendly. Old furniture, fixtures, carpet, wallpaper peeling. It really just needs a renovation. Ok for the price we paid compared to other nearby hotels. Would I stay there again? Probably not. I hope this helps someone. And Hilton reads my review and renovates the hotel.
The AC did not work. I was sweating all night. Additionally, only one out of four elevators were functioning, and I had to wait forever on my floor to access it. I would not stay at Hilton again. I should get my money refunded for keeping me sweating all night. The temperature outside was 100 degrees and the temperature in my room was 80 degrees. Next time, I visit Jackson, I would rather stay at Motel 6 than the Hilton. On the positive side, the staff were courteous and nice. The food at the hotel restaurant was great!
I was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was exceptionally clean, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout my stay.
Bar and bar food was great. Beds super comfy and staff was very friendly.

Everything was great at this property except there was only one working elevator out of four. I was there for a conference of about 150 people so it made it a little more difficult to get back and forth to my room. Other than that it was an excellent stay the staff was very friendly and very helpful the buffet that they offered was excellent and very affordable. Overall I rate my stay at 9.5 out of 10. Great job Hilton
This hotel being part of the Hilton brand, has potential. However this property has been miss managed and is in dyer need of renovation. At first glance when walking in to the check in counter you quickly are taken back with a sense of luxury and high expectations. But please don’t rush to a conclusion. From the point when you enter the elevator all the way until you enter your room the disappointment sets in. The money you spent on the room does not equal the final result. The future is outdated, the TVs don’t work, the rooms smell dank from lack of maintenance the carpet is stained with years of foot traffic, out of four elevators only one was operating. The pool water was murky, the list goes on and on.. Motel 6 rooms are in better shape. This establishment has all the potential, the company really need to invest in there brand. I was disappointed and I did not enjoy my stay
Always an amazing stay. Priceless view of the Quarter and the Mississippi from their rooftop pool and top notch rooms with world class service and hospitality.
The hotel is beautiful. Loved the vintage feel with modern amenities. You could improve the bathtub and shower. Other than that absolutely no complaints.
Let me start by saying that the staff here are all wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. However, this property is not befitting the Hilton brand. You can tell it was once a very nice hotel but years of neglect have taken their toll. There is only one functional elevator. The air in our room was barely functional and the area was under a heat advisory so it was at times very uncomfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water was very cloudy. We did enjoy sitting at the bar for happy hour and the two ladies working were a lot of fun! The worst thing was when a guy approached my husband in the parking lot while I checked in saying he had just gotten out of jail and needed $10 for the night. Needless to say that made us feel unsafe and we won’t likely be returning to this location.
