This hotel is the best for me n my big family! The room was big everything was clean the bed was comfy the breakfast was great all the staffs was so helpful and friendly!! Everything for this hotel was great n nothing bad on it! Me n family definitely will come back for it!!

Room was very clean but had cigarette smoke smell when I walked in despite being non-smoking room. All pillows were too high for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Reasonably good hotel
It's a strategic location but the hotel doesn't hv restaurant now. The guests hv to eat out. Anyway, overall it's still a stayable!

Irresponsible staff.
I paid for breakfast as per option given. Unfortunately there is no breakfast provided. Thus hotel reception mentioned will refund but no answer till today.

Best hotel past tense
Booked one hotel room but given the whole hotel building. No one stay in this hotel. No staff on duty during checkin at 6pm. Only security guard available. All TV channel has been disconnected/terminated. Bad wifi. Booked with breakfast but upon checkin security informed that no breakfast is served during movement control orders period. Dimmed lobby. I feel haunted. Central air conditioning has been shutdown to save cost. Rooms are installed with acond which is not conducive after 6hts turned on. Room and lobby are hot. Bad ventilation and smelly corridor. Check out to other hotel at 11pm the same night. Returning the keys to security guard during check out Did not bother offer any compensation after all the above troubles. Enclosed images of gloomy lobby and empty parking. Used to be one of the best in Malacca town but now is totally rundown ( to my opinion). Not accurate nor no updated reviews given on hotels.com web/app.

Back of toilet door from the inside had dirt stains like that door has not been cleaned. Lower part of the wall inside the toilet also had very bad dirt/rust stains.

Breakfast provided by hotel is poor. They serve the same food for my 2 days breakfast. Porridge was so watery and have a sour smell. Cut fruits not fresh. Roti prata is oily and hard. Vegetables for the noodle soup section not fresh and dry. Upon check out, waited for the concierge to help with our bags but no sign of him and end up we need to push our the trolley ourselves. Front desk cannot find our booking upon check in and happened twice.

Staff very polite. Though my check in wasnt smooth due to system error, Ms Erika assisted me well. However, I saw 2 staffs smoking in the hotel compound, which is unacceptable since the hotel is recognised as non-smoking zone.
