it was dirty and grubby, the pool filthy. No tea and coffee in the room or comfortable seating at all any place in the hotel for older people, we are in our sixties and seventies. No place to relax at all so we had to go out all day. The hotel was full of hen night guests and no sun beds available at all. We feel this hotel should be no more than two stars due to lack of facilities. We sat on a very uncomfortable chair by the pool to look at dirty uncleared plates of food with fly's no attendant available. We complained at reception and they just said it was the city. We feel the hotel was well below standard our room was basic and very shabby. It was such an uncomfortable hotel no nice lobby or lounge to relax.

Regarding the facilities at the rooms ours do not have tea or coffee but if you had requested it we could have provided you with a water heater that is subject on availability.We wish you the best and hope you will visit us in the future to improve your expectations.Kind regards,

Lovely boutique hotel near city centre
Hotel was recommended by a friend and I particularly enjoyed the size of it. As it was out of season, the rooftop pool was empty and peaceful in the evenings. Single room was compact and comfortable. My only issue was the lack of air con, but I just kept the window ajar at night for a cooler room temperature.

The room was SPOTLESS, incredibly comfortable bed and a lovely shower facility. Staff were helpful with any issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Good … but not 4 star standard
Nicely decorated hotel in walkable distance to the city center. I would give it 3 stars rather than 4 as advertised. Very small paddling pool (it can not be called swimming pool!), small and overcrowded roof terrace. Basic rooms.

Nice hotel but scant staffing
We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely and clean. There was only a sheet so we had to ask for a blanket. The pool was tiny and the area is completely unserviced - to the point that all all table surface and parts of the floor were littered with bottles, empty glasses, etc… kinda like after a party…

Great stay, lovely staff - friendly & helpful. Hotel very clean. Breakfast would benefit from some variety (every day is the same) and better quality coffee. I would have also liked to have seen some recycling bins in the hotel/my room.

Serene & trendy hotel near-ish central Palma
Second time at this hotel and my friend loved it and says he will go back too. It’s not too far from central Palma and close to some great tapas restaurants too. I loved the decor and design - always feels so calm and serene here. Will be back.

Shower room smelt of sewage. Pillows uncomfortable and extremely thin. Air conditioner did not work. The location is not as depicted on pictures on hotel.com Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was very nice. Break fast was delicious but was the same every single day. Rooms were cleaner and the hotel was clean.

Wedid not want our towels to change so we hung them but they changed it anyway. Also we could not get much help interms of conciege service for the city. We had to search for everything for ourselves. But the staff were very nice and carried a happy face all the time.

Not the best, not the worst but not 4 star.
Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. However, the room was laid out funky where the shower and toilet were open to the bedroom. Difficult for non couples. Room was super loud at night, we had to use sound machines on loud. And most importantly, the area is funky. About a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main area and not a super nice walk.

Adorable boutique hotel
My fave room of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Loved the decor. Charming and clean. Very friendly staff. Loved the roof top deck. Delicious breakfast too. I would def stay again!

Friendly staff, good location, up to 20-30 mins walking to majority of places of interest. The cleanest of the property is very high, so high that there is a smell of cleaning detergents everywhere (minor drawback). The swimming pool is tiny and it is better not to count on it. overall roof zone is pleasant.

Great Boutique Hotel
Hotel is in the best location for my work but it is also a great place to stay. Rooms are really well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Staff are really friendly, and as a bonus you get the drinks in your mini-bar for free. The only frustration I guess for someone on holiday is it is a bit of a walk to bars and restaurants versus other hotels but the quality of the hotel more than makes up for this.

Rooms had a bit of an odd smell. Floors were marked and a bit scruffed up. Hotel a bit disappointing overall for the price - didn't feel luxary or 4 stars.

All in all good value for money: 20 min walk from old town, stylish hotel. Don’t expect too many options from breakfast, but basics are covered. The personnel is helpful. The only trouble was very unpleasant smell in the room ( apparently coming from the bathroom tubes).
