Extremely loud and noisy all night. Otherwise, location and price are good.
Awful hotel! Beds were like sleeping on a granite slab. I’ve ended up with bed bug bites, as has my colleague who was in another room. The hotel food looked completely inedible, we didn’t dare try it.
The reception check in was a complete mess and took over an hour.
Do not recommend, terrible place to stay.
Very bad smell from smoking coming from every side of the hotel

I was booked king bed room but while checking in the room was twin,tea,sugar plate was too dirty in kattle full of used water I’m not happy during stayed like previously

Need shower curtains and new boilers for hot and c
Room was ok but toilets have no shower curtains which makes toilet messy as they don’t have carpets like london in toilets also they need to change hot and cold water or maintain boilers not all have cold water bath I use mixed hot and cold water due to medical health issues they need to work on these things if need regular clients from our big corporate blue chip Cos who come regular and most times on work
