“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Only 15 min away from Coquina beach. Lots of restaurants near by and a Walmart next to it.”

“We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help”

“My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches……

“This place has gone downhill. I’ve stayed here many times over 30 years. There are no more water views due to nearby construction. The staff were like annoying zombies. One person actually tried to intimidate me. No hot water . Practically empty. It’s a decent budget hotel. Don’t pay more than 70 bucks. I will never stay here again.”

“When we arrived at the property, several people in front of were being told they had no rooms despite having reservations. We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. The clerk blamed the problem on the hotel being brand new and not quite ready for opening and, inexplicably, on the maids for not speaking English. When we went to our room we found that the air conditioner did not work (it was 95 degrees……

“Check in and check out was great and fast, kind staff, Ms. Joy very nice and sweet lady Great location, good price Dirty tv desk, dirty bathroom sink and dirty bathroom The bed very comfy and AC perfect temperature”

“Drove by the property and decided to book another hotel. I should have looked at the other reviews before I booked, now I can't get my money back. Stay somewhere else!”

“The bathroom is terrible. Rusted bathtub. The room looks like is under repair. The towels absolutely disgusting. The hairdryer plate came off the wall. I don't recommend it and I will not stay there again.”
