We were looking forward to a two night mini vacation. My dog barked and a very aggressive,inappropriate, and hostile manner. He told us if the dog barks again we would have to leave. We left. The people who witnessed the occurrence were at the door as we were leaving. We told them what happened and they were astonished. They had been going there for 10 years and were upset with my situation and the overall functioning of this property. The elderly woman wanted to give me her phone number so she could have management contact her.

They are very terrible upon checking I have to wait for a longer period of time to get my room after 6pm is over two hours delay and too many issue for the room trying to reach them to resolve takes forever to come the only time they are faster is that the restroom door are jammed , not worth for that money I pay

Hotel is really old, location is awesome, however, suites are not best quality for the price, get your umbrella and stuff ready they charge you umbrellas and beach chairs, Clearwater is nice, jet sky is more convenient in marina beside hotel!

Rhonda, the front office manager was awesome. We had a couple of hiccups and she helped us through that and made the stay great. Anastasia, who is a server in the hotel restaurant that is on the floor of the lobby, was very awesome. She was very sweet And had a great personality.

Our room was clean and the ocean view was amazing! The housekeeping service was great. However the phone in our room was not working at all. I had to call from my cellphone to the hotel lobby if I needed anything. You would think that they would’ve done something to fix it but they never did. I asked for a pack n play for my baby to sleep in and they sent it right away with extra covers. I wasn’t aware that this hotel allow pets… the room next door had a dog that would not stop barking day and night… waking up my baby at night ugh! The restaurants had very tasty food. And friendly staff. Beach is clean and pools are kid friendly.

The room was smaller than I’m used to and I didn’t think about the fact that it was 2 double beds vs 2 queen beds so having 4 people in the room was tight. I only stayed 1 night so not a big deal but no way I could stay more than that. Location was great it was right in the middle of everything and walking distance to wherever I wanted to go.
